  • This location is consistently rude, unwelcoming, makes you feel unimportant and not valued as a customer. I'm just asking for samples not a kidney transplant (Sephora rep JULIE)! It's not complicated. To add insult to injury, when I finally got the samples, Julie put the tiniest amount in the already tiny containers just to spite me. If you hate people - don't work in retail. Get over yourselves. I will say Maya at this location is excellent and a true professional. For better service, go to the one located inside JC Penney on Grand Canyon Pkwy.
