  • After having two separate and horrible experiences with this salon, I am officially done going there. The only reason I went in the first place was because it's near my house, but it's no longer worth it. First of all, it is completely hit or miss with who you get, and both times (with two separate stylists) it was like they had no idea what they were doing. After receiving a haircut where she cut at least an inch more off than I asked for, I took a chance and went back for a simple blow dry/style for my Anniversary. Needless to say Nelly had NO IDEA what she was doing and clearly had never styled with a round brush in her life. It was the worst style I have ever gotten and I was still charged $28.00 (and it took an HOUR) even though I wanted to just go home and wash it out. After complaining to the manager (which did nothing), I am never ever going to this location again, and I caution anyone who is considering going to take their business elsewhere.
