  • I had an extremely wonderful and courteous experience here. The employee that helped me - Mike - was extremely patient and kind despite the many technical difficulties I kept running into because I was being extremely picky about the powerpoints/slides I wanted printed as well as a chapter from a very large pdf text book. Not only did he patiently help me and go above and beyond to make things exactly how I wanted, but did not charge me extra when we accidentally put in the wrong page numbers for what I needed printed. Details aside and long story short I was highly impressed by the customer service and how he did not even seemed slightly annoyed or bothered despite a 45 minute fiasco of printing issues. Also, if you are a student they will give you a 10% discount (this might apply to seniors too).
