  • Been going here for 10 years and would agree with some of the other comments on yelp, hard to get through to a live person on the phone. They open at 8 am on Saturday and I called for over an hour to confirm my appointment at 9:30. No response and also left a message for a call back which never occurred. In addition, do feel like I have to go in numerous times for any little Perscriprtion renewal even though I've been on them for 10 years and for some reason they can't get them coordinated with the insurance company so I feel like I'm in there every other month spending a co-pay just to get my medicine refilled and the wait is always long even when you schedule a morning appointment. How can you be behind 1/2 hour when you only have been open for an 1 1/2 hours. Really want to switch at this time as I feel the service has gone down over the years, but feel like trying to get my records transferred would be a nightmare.
