  • Okay, this school is a joke! And caused me so many problems and headaches not to mention sleepless nights because of UOP I cannot start school until May(at a new college) of course! (Was supposed to be in March but because UOP don't know what they are doing I had no other choice but to start in May) Anyways, when you sign up and try to get into a program UOP will have someone call you everyday more then once a day! So I finally signed up with them. I am also eligible for Chapter 35 benefits(veterans). Veterans benefits are approved in all associate degrees. Which I was in, So after four weeks being in class, I called the VA headquarters they said they were just waiting on the school(UOP) so then I called the UOP veterans office because I was supposed to be getting benefits by now. and they said "your program is not approved" wait.. What? did you really just say that? I called my advisor and he claimed he knows it's approved and gave me a run around every time! (I was nice) after about a week without no answers I finally reached out to a manager. That wasn't much of a help either. When they make a mistake they try to blame each other and give you what you want to hear instead of the actually truth! Why did no one call me when they found out my program was not approved?!? I will never understand. Anyways, I knew I was going to a new college after all this and after reading the reviews unlike I did before I enrolled. I received my award letter from UOP and that was another headache, canceling loans and withdrawling from their school. I did a withdrawal on their website and a week later I called someone from the school (pretty sure a manager) and she told me I didn't "officially withdrawal" what do you mean? I did a withdrawal, I have the letter in front of my signed and was sent in the mail. This school is a joke and was such a waste of time! I guess the one good thing they did was cover the cost of the class they enrolled me in because they knew they made a huge mistake!
