  • The immediate leasing staff was great. Property was nice from the little I saw. However management is lacking at this property. They were quick to let me go to another Mark Taylor property and promised me that I would get my deposit refunded about 3 weeks ago and still nothing. They do state that after 48 hours it can't be refunded which is fine with me but then don't tell me that it will be. Every time I spoke to "a" manager (because you will never speak to the same one) they were quick to say no and rush me off the phone. However if you want anything done right and quick make sure talk to Marissa ! She was the only reason I didn't decide to look at other properties after a month of waiting for "management to look at my file" if you're looking for the Mark Taylor experience don't expect it from here !
