  • In all fairness I can't give them a poor grade. I went in there with 6 shirts and the girl behind the counter was absolutely the friendliest person I have met. She was attentive and tried her best to get me my shirts back same day!! She called me later to let me know she wouldn't be able to get them back to me today. No problem on that it was Saturday. Now to the not so happy part. I picked my shirts up Tuesday morning, when I got home the shirts were not pressed the way I requested, HEAVY STARCH!. One of my shirts wilted when I put it on and instant wrinkles, I had an important meeting with new clients and I looked great except for the shirt, it looked like I got into a wrestling match in a dumpster. Now I normally press my own shirts because I know how I like them and they never look like this, but I thought that I would try these cleaners. Overall I would say that you should give these guys a chance just be very clear what you want. I will give them one more opportunity to get it right!
