  • I have 1 more data point for takeout a couple weeks ago. The garlic knots were not burned, and did have some oil but were indeed 'light oil' as requested. I request light oil because by the time you get full-oil knots home they are often soggy and not enjoyable. full-oil works ok in a restaurant where it just goes to the table. The pizza was also excellent: not burned. So great job! Thanks! This whole process through Yelp worked; where I wrote a review, the restaurant saw it and made a change; now things are good again. I'm kind of excited about this :).
