  • Got my hair highlighted and cut by a senior stylist recently. I asked for 3-4 inches off which I was wary about seeing my hair is thick and poufy at the ends. I ended up getting 5-6 inches cut and it does not work with my thick hair... major regret that so much was chopped off. I also got subtle all over highlights which are fine- no real complaints other than the price... The total for a cut and colour (colour was put on after my long hair was cut) was $315. (Cut was only $60) I have never paid so much for highlights on just past shoulder length hair.
