  • They made a bad situation into a great experience. We were to rent a trailer for late morning. Hours before we were contacted letting us know, the trailer was not available as the previous renter was late. Not something you want to hear the morning of a move. We spoke with Kevin at the store. He explained the situation and also helped us in determining the best possible alternative. We decided on a truck a bit larger to help with time. When we got there, Kevin took care of us personally. He made sure the truck was ready to go on gas and explained what he could do for us because of our inconvenience. We wound up purchasing a dolly and renting furniture blankets. Kevin had won us over. We also made the reservation for our big move from the storage unit. I really was not happy when the morning started; but, I was much more at ease when we left later that day.
