  • After calling multiple other AC Contractors I had Collins Comfort Masters come out to give me a bid on replacing my 23 year old AC/Furnace on my 40+ year old home. They had a competitive price and the sales rep showed up on time and was very knowledgeable on the products I was looking for. The installers were prompt and clean. They used drop cloths and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was a 3 day install because they replaced all of my ductwork with insulated flex duct and strategically added returns throughout my house to improve airflow. I met about 8 different people in the process from sales bid, all the installers, and the service tech. All of them were prompt, detailed, and went the extra mile to get the job done. They were able to overcome several obstacles that resulted in extra labor but they stuck to the original quote. I purchased the Lennox XC25 Air Conditioner, Lennox SLP98V Variable-Capacity Gas Furnace, Healthy Climate 10 Media Air Cleaner, & the iComfort Wi-Fi® Touchscreen Thermostat. After a week I've seen my total electric bill by about 40%. I would highly recommend them for a new quality systems and excellent customer service.
