  • 0 STAR My car was towed, I am a customer of the business in which my vehicle has been taken illegally after I was rushed to the ER in an ambulance. I was only gone about 5 hr in total from the location. The only employee on site said they only inform company to tow after 3 days of inactivity. The driver must have drove the short bus to and from school in his youth. I will absolutely file a complaint w/ BBB the city and county as well and levy any influence I have to lobby pressure against this company. I don't doubt I will win in civil court against this LLC. I will also go to social media and local media to address the problem.
