  • Let's say I probably will not be back. The gentleman lacked customer service. I stopped in on 5/1 to buy a cigar and enjoy a smoke. I had a hour to kill and couldn't think of a better way to spend it. I wasn't greeted when entering the shop and when I paid for the cigar I was not offered a cutter or punch and than I had to ask for a match. Like I said customer service zero. So why should I spend my money there?
