  • We can't say enough positive things about our experience with Havertys in Pineville, NC. First of all, we worked with a wonderful saleswoman named Christina. I detest pushy sales people and will leave a store if someone hounds me or tries to corner me into a purchase or in looking at what they want me to look at. I like to be left alone. Christina was always within paging distance, and occasionally would find me and ask if I had any questions. When I did, she chatted with me in a way that I never felt pressured to buy. She allowed me the freedom of my own thoughts which, for me, goes a long way for me making a purchase. I brought my husband with me a couple days later to show him what I'd found, and she was there, helpful as ever. As we were trying to decide which way to go, she shared with us the pros and cons of each, and if there was a question she couldn't answer, she went to find out the correct answer. We purchased a couple of items and expected the wait to be quite long since they were backordered. Yet they came much sooner. We were delighted until we saw that they were unlike the pieces on the showroom floor. We were so disheartened. But Christina was very kind, as was her supervisor, Marge. They solved the issue quickly and in a way that surpassed our expectations. We are now delighted with our purchase and will go back there first when looking for more furniture.
