  • I am writing this review on behalf of my roommate, who hired One Shot to fix our washing machine (which keeps "walking" across the floor) and also to check out the malfunctioning embedded lights in our hallway. Gabriel fixed the lights very quickly and diagnosed the problem with the washing machine quickly, too. The fix for the washer is cost-prohibitive, sadly, but he recommended a low-cost way to keep it from happening without overpaying to fix what should probably just be replaced. To me, that is honest and shows that he is not trying to take advantage of someone who has no idea what stuff like this costs. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely use his service again.
