I usually use this company but I have a big complaint that has gone unresolved. I'm hoping this yelp review will bring attention to the matter. I was charged twice from a cabbie and I have called and left message several times, in addition to an online message, with no response. Has anyone ever had an issue where you think or unsure the charge card was read? That's what happened to me. There is one charge for fare only, no tip. Then charge number two with fare and tip. This event happened almost three months ago with no success of reaching a human to talk to regarding this matter. Very poor
