Dropped in for a class while I was in town and had a blast! As an instructor for another dance fitness format, I have always been super curious about jazzercise and heard that they had updated their format.
First and foremost, everyone was super friendly! This is not an intimidating atmosphere at all! They made it very easy for me to drop in at last minute. Second, the instructor for the 8:15 Sunday class was awesome; she was energetic, easy to follow, and gave very helpful cues to make sure we were all doing the moves correctly. I also love how they integrate weights into the workout. The alternating between dance and weights is perfect. Lastly, this is 100% modifiable for many fitness levels and the instructor made sure everyone was aware of how to modify the workout up or down based on each person's abilities. The hour really flew by.
