  • I specially asked 4 times for my burger to be well done. Meaning no pink. For some reason they can never get it right so I made sure to tell every employee I came in contact with that I would like it well. They all guaranteed it would be. Once again it was not. I understand if it can not be made well done for whatever reason. That's fine just disclose it so I know to expect that. Don't guarantee it will be well done and not follow through #endofrant
