rev:text	Okay, so Wendy is my nail tech 99% of the time she is wonderful. She takes great care of my nails when it comes to polishing, shaping, and applying acyrlic, I know 100%I'll be happy with the results. I can always make an appointment with her, but same day is not always a guarantee to get her. The only reason I do not give this location a 5 star is because when I go to any other nail tech (won't name any names) they rush, have absolutely aweful shaping, and don't provide as much care into making the customer happy or listening to their customer. I work is customer service so this is a huge issue to me. This doesn't go for all others outside of Wendy but for most this is just the flat out truth. This lady I went to previously, got the acyrlic and gel top coat all over my cuticles, all my nails were thankfully the same length but different shapes. I was so disappointed. Please train your nail techs properly...... I will now only go to Wendy, I will never have any of the other techs work on my hands again..... If it wasn't for Wendy I would give this location a 1 star.
