  • My building contractor had Indian Trail Air and Heat install units for upstairs and downstairs. Even though the job was in Lincolnton, NC which is quite a distance from Indian Trail, George and his technicians did an excellent job and made sure I was thoroughly satisfied. The units are outstanding and very energy efficient but the most important thing to me is the emphasis on making sure the customer is satisfied. I would highly recommend this company for honest and very reliable service. Karen B
