  • Much of what we experienced has already been succinctly expressed earlier by SM in 8/2016. We saw Dr. Kreutz for about 10 minutes after seeing a medical tech and a PA for longer. It was obvious that the doctor did not read the chart, and much of the records were not available for whatever reason at the time of our appointment even though we confirmed they had been faxed from previous offices. The doctor relied heavily on the PA's assessment, and sat and listened to her summary rather than forming his own opinion. The front office staff was mixed depending on who you got - some friendly, some not so. They insisted our next appointment be with a PA rather than the doctor, and no switching of doctors was allowed. We do not plan to return to this clinic ever!
