  • You are unfair. No one looked after my house when I asked you too. It has been 2 years and what happen to collections, nothing! I have tried court but I don't have a case and it cost too much. You told me that it is my my fault that I picked the tenant, but you found the tenant. You have just ruined me. I hope and pray this happens to you. I cursed you and God willing this happens to you. You never checked the place when I asked. When I had concerns, you dismissed it and told me it's my fault that I let the tenant in. I believe, it's your job to find me a good tenant and you didn't. I am still getting repairs done. I hate you with all the hate in my heart and soul. We could have avoided this, if you checked on my house as I asked. But, you didn't and you blamed me. Plus, it took you 2 years to send me my paperwork. At the end of the day, I wish, I never used you guys. I just ahore you in every way. The reason why I am upset to, is because you didn't even try to help me or cared about my concerns. Like, as if, you got your money and that is all you cared about. Remember, you need houses to stay in business. If you treat the owners like how you treated me, you won't stay in business. If you really cared, you would have showed it. I could have done a better job on my own instead of paying you. Even one of you workers told me that. I hope this happens to you so you know how it feels to be in my shoes. I'm so happy, that I am not the only one you screwed over.
