  • Update: I went back in person this Monday because my husband had also gotten a referral to them for what we thought was a bunion on his foot. The Doctor comes in and immediately says it's a callas and he needs custom orthotics (surprise!). I asked "Do you mean like mine, that I'm still waiting for?" Immediate change. He says he will go check in on them and leaves. When he comes back, he changes his diagnosis of my husband's condition to "merely a wart", which he removes. One moment he needed orthotics, the next he didnt. Fishy, eh? They then informed me that my orthotics were shipped. When we asked for a tracking number, they said there wasnt one. Now, I can order a 5 dollar item online and get a tracking number, but custom orthotics costing over a grand doesnt get one? Fishier still. They were unable to predict when the orthotics would arrive. I am NEVER going back to these people.
