  • They could just never deliver my paper consistently. Every time I called they said they would fix the delivery problem right away....It never happened. The fourth time was enough. ....Also as soon as the paper changed ownership - they increased my subscription by almost 60%. You can read it for free everyday on your computer...A total waste of $$.
