  • BEWARE!! The online "check your account balance" does not work. No one answers the phone and I tried for 6 days! I was told I would receive a list of items I took in....never received. I took in a pair of $80 boat shoes (worn only the day I bought them) plus 4 other items and when I went in person to ask where my list of items was, I was told they don't do that. The shoes and one other item were sold....but I was told I owe them 73 cents!!!!!!!! RIPOFF.
