  • I recently purchased a truck from this dealership. I am out of state and this was the closest truck that met my spec. Arthur, salesman, was very professional and responded to all my questions. when the truck was delivered I noticed some issues. first, the front tires were installed rotating in the wrong direction, secondly, the key was not an OEM Ford key, which would allow me the activate the remote start and open and close / alarm features. Thirdly, the rear tailgate lock was broken and needed replaced. I asked Arthur if he could ask his GM, Harold Drezner, to consider paying for half of the expenses. Harold refused to pitch in. For this reason I am giving them a 3 star rating.
