  • As a former military member, I always try to do business with veteran owned companies. Last week, I went to UHaul moving and ordered them to help me pack my stuff. Submitted my zip code and they popped up. I had to call a couple of times just to confirm and finally received confirmation the day prior. Today they call to see if they can come early. I told them no due to not having the truck yet. I told them I would make an effort to get the truck early. Enroute to picking up the truck, they called to cancel on me because "supposably" it was two miles out of their area. Now I am scrambling to get help. Very disappointing and lacks what we learned in the military. Thanks You Blue Falcon Moving I wasn't confused. I even confirmed with the organization. You even offered to come early but I couldn't do it. It was until I was expecting you that you told me that. I was sick and had to call friends. Thank you though.
