  • Horrible service from Walgreens Mail Pharmacy. Delays upon delays. If your Rx needs a Doc authorization, they wait FOUR days before they followup and let you know they haven't heard anything. Finally got through that hurdle and approved on a Friday. Then the order wasn't shipped until Wednesday. Traveling from Tempe, AZ to San Francisco it's not scheduled for delivery until Monday for a 1lb package (Several FedEx notations "not due for delivery). So my initial request for an Rx refill is going to take 14 days from the time I ordered online to delivery. No thanks, I'm transferring this Rx to CVS or Safeway.
