  • After a couple months of service, i decided to cancel my reoccurring service. Although they were extremely easy to use, I was unable to get the first cleaner we had again, and the preceding ones were just not as good. Their attention to detail was sub par, and left my place looking marginally better but my floors still dirty and one knocked over my scented oils which ruined the paint on my base boards. What really bothers me about this business is that if you dont give the cleaner 5 stars or write a comment to them, they dont get paid as much or the company writes them a note. I dont want to cause any trouble for someone and simply wanted to communicate i wanted my floors mopped better...with out their pay being compromised. What i got was a confrontation by my "professional" saying i contacted handy with a complaint. I will be using a different service from now on.
