  • The Talking Stick Resort is one of the few public places left in Arizona that you can smoke indoors, unfortunately. My wife and I arrived around 7 PM on a Saturday night in the summer to celebrate our anniversary. We read good reviews for the Ocean Trails restaurant but it was so small that the 12 person line barely moved in 15 mins. We decided to eat upstairs at the Orange Sky. For the Resort, the parking was adequate and well thought out, with good signage and plenty of parking spaces. The casino floor was so smoky, it was not an appealing place. It must be a big thrill to be able to smoke in a public place but smoke isn't personal. It lingers on everyone. The Resort commanded several key venues, such as good restaurants, Top Golf, good entertainment and good proximity to Scottsdale.
