  • I called and scheduled an appointment to have 3 rooms cleaned at the special price of $29.95. They got here and said because we have pets they have to charge a restoration fee and the grand total for the 3 rooms rose to $80. At the end of the carpet cleaning they gave us a receipt with a coupon for the next 3 rooms free. We called back 2 months later to redeem the complimentary room cleaning for 3 other rooms in our home. They came out and asked to put their car in the garage so their equipment wouldn't get wet. Then they asked to get water from the kitchen sink to fill the carpet cleaning machine. After allowing the two men to do so, they set up and before turning on the machine asked me if I was aware of the fee. I replied no, this cleaning is supposed to be complimentary. The guy said no there is a $39.95 pet charge, even though I have no stains and no odor. I told them no thanks and the guy gets on the phone with someone telling them I'm refusing to pay. They pack up and leave and then spill water that they got for the machine from my kitchen sink all on my garage floor. NEVER LET THEM CLEAN YOUR CARPET. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and a RIP OFF!!!!!!
