  • I moved to Vegas for school and ran across the roommate from hell. After searching tons of websites like Zillow, trulia, hotpads and contacting landlords and other real estate agents, I was still not able to find a safe, well priced place to live. Rental properties in Vegas go like hot cakes, especially the nice ones so it helps to have an agent looking for you. I've contacted over 8 agents and NONE of them have been as helpful as Christine. Christine contacted a few rental properties for me, and asked if they would take a short term lease. Only one did and she even negotiated the price down for me... Saving me over $400. She showed me the condo, gave me tips and helped me with the application. If you're looking for rental properties, I would recommend her. I am saving her number, in case I decide to live in Vegas after school and buy a house here. I know that she will do a great job at finding the perfect fit.
