The stylist was nice and haircut is fine but unfortunately I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Apparently the owners do not allow coupons that aren't printed. Which is so silly. I register my email address today, downloaded the app so that I could check in and save time. I received an email with a $2 off coupon. I checked in on the app, arrived. Waited 30 minutes.... got my haircut and then tried to use my coupon only to be told it had to be printed to be accepted. I think that is rediculous. We are in a digital world. It should say on the coupon that it must be printed to be honored. It's too bad that the owners make up a bogus policy and require the stylist enforce it. This makes the final minutes of the transaction unpleasant which could effect the amount of a tip (I still tipped appropriately). It did definitely confirm the fact that I won't be returning to this location.
