  • I bought a certified pre owned Q5 at the North Scottsdale Dealership and had several service issues that needed to be addressed. One of the reasons I purchased an Audi is that it is very important for me to be able to trust the Dealership - Previous experience with other luxury brand Dealership's has made me very leery. I am happy to say that my Service Adviser, Jason Brown, and the Manager at Audi North Scottsdale, Mark Reiks went out of their way to make sure the problems were corrected, and that I was happy.
