  • DO NOT LIVE HERE! I lived here for 5 years and it was hell on earth. I could probably write a book about all of the things that went wrong but I will only highlight the worst. First, the roaches. And my husband and I lived on the second floor. We had the exterminator come all the time but every single day we would come home, grab a shoe and kill at least 2-5 roaches a night! Gross! Second, the "heated" pool. It was heated maybe 5 years ago. They do not heat it anymore and it is ALWAYS closed. They come up with some excuse almost every day. They don't even tell you about it. They just put a lock on it and you find out when you get there. And it always happens to be locked on every holiday weekend. Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day..of course when they are all off. Third, the dog poop. It is EVERYWHERE! No one cleans up after their dog and in the summer the smell is disgusting. Fourth, maintenance. No matter what the problem is, they can never come over to fix it because there is always a bigger problem that they are handling at another apartment. You are lucky if they can come by that same week. And you have to call and tell them about two or three times because there is no communication in the office. Probably because no one works there longer than a week. Huge red flag that they have so many things to fix every single day that they cant help you.!?!?! I actually called management to complain and do you know what they told me???? "You can complain all you want. We actually don't care. We run at 98% occupancy. If you don't like it here, you can move out and someone else will move in." This is how they talk to a resident that has been living there for 5 years, and paying $1,450-$1,700 a month on time!!!! Horrible!!!! Desiree pretends like she is your friend and she is on your side, but believe me,,,she is not. And their corporate office are just as bad. Just look at all of the complaints on here. All of them have the same copy and paste generic apology email. Do you think they have actually contacted any of their residents past or current to rectify these issues??? I can tell you right now the answer is NO as I just hung up the phone with them 10 minutes ago and moved out 1 month ago. All of the posts prior to mine for the past 3 years....STILL HAPPENING!!!!! Their garages are NOT worth it!!!
