  • I'm very disappointed with the service I was provided. I just moved to the area and wanted to try to find a good nail place near me. I called ahead to see if they did SNS nails and they said yes. I came in, signed in, and asked for SNS nails. Was told to pick a color and so I did. Sat down with the guy who was going to do my nails and he automatically starting putting tips on my nails which I did not want. He made it sound as if he couldn't do my nails without them. He continued to put tips on despite my hesitation and then started filing my nails. I have had acrylics for years and know the process of getting them done and have just recently started getting SNS instead because it is much better for your nails. I asked "wait are these acrylics?" And he said yes, they are much better. At that point I was very frustrated because I never once asked for acrylics. When I told him that I had asked for SNS he said oh that's not that great plus it will be more (I was already at a $50 tab). After going back and forth for a few more minutes I ended up just going with acrylics since that's clearly what he was intending to do all along and let's just say they are sub par. I won't be coming back to this salon.
