  • Abandon hope, all ye who enter here. I have never had a good interaction with the staff here. Never. Nothing is ever done in a timely manner. It is very difficult to reach anyone, their voicemail is frequently full (after you convince the operator to transfer you) and I found out yesterday that even a personal visit to the office could not convince someone to take the time to help me with an insurance issue related to a medicine I am "never supposed to miss." Doctors are okay, staff simply don't care.
