The leasing staff has so much attitude and laziness! Sunday (10/08/2017) we approached them 6 minutes after their closing time on accident considering they close earlier that day and we weren't paying attention to the time. All we needed was a package and the brunette long haired girl has the worst attitude ever. Her and another coworker were out in the front desk talking who knows what when we approached. She has the audacity to say that they're closed and they really don't want to keep helping us after hours. Okay well then move your drama work talk into that break room of yours? Close down the computers right at closing time and get out of there? Take a customer service class and learn how to talk to people who did nothing but ask for you to look for a package not realizing it was 6 minutes after closing. By which she went back there for 10 seconds and was like nope not here. Like did you even look?? One time before this my boyfriend went down (not 6 min after hours) to get a decent size package and they look and say not there! He was like no it's definitely in there and asked to go in there and look for it and found it. So does going back there and glancing and saying not there fix the issue? Does the package magically appear in our apartment? I don't understand how this place thinks that's okay? This is part of your job. You need to label the boxes and organize them because that is not okay. There has always been attitude with this girl and it makes me sick. So sick to write this review because this is NOT OKAY. I shouldn't be getting told off. I shouldn't be treated like I'm dumb because you're lazy. Last month the elevator was closed for over 48 hours and it's like these guys don't care.
Our last management was on top of their stuff. They cared about what we needed and didn't get pissy if we approached them after hours accidentally while they were still there. So Michelle if you're reading this, we miss you.
Also this isn't a management issue but someone's dog peed right on one of the steps in the stairwell and the owner just left it. Really dude? Don't have a dog if you can't deal with taking care of it. And I don't understand why people want to get an apartment with their dogs. That's a crappy life for a dog. Especially for the price you're paying to live here you should get a house with a yard. Not an apartment where you think it's okay to not pick up or clean up after your animal and be disrespectful to the rest of us.
The hours aren't even posted either.
