  • Was recommended by a friend to purchase a used car from this stealership. Sales rep with dealt with kept showing us cars that were not part of our requirements. After finding one that we were satisfied with our immediate concerns were that the side mirrors were faulty and did not have a full range of motion. They explained that they will get it looked at and after deliberating for a few days we regrettably purchased the vehicle through them. Upon receipt of the vehicle we noticed that the cargo liner was taken and that the side mirror issue was not resolve as they said their mechanics have determined it is functioning properly. Slightly disappointed, the vehicle was already purchased. We also noticed that the same side mirror did not have the auto dim feature and did not angle down when vehicle was in reverse mode. The sales rep advised that they will get us a replacement liner as well as a new side mirror. It has now been almost 2 months since we last spoke to them about our issues and still no resolution. If I wanted to buy a faulty Lexus I would have just gone to Kijiji. Be weary of their smiles and lies. They only want to sell you a car.
