  • Went in to take a tour of the facility since they were going to transfer my grandfather there. When we were walking around we noticed all the filth around the place and in the icu area it was strong of urine smell. There wasn't even a curtain around the toilet that sat in the open corner of the room that he was going to be put in. We refused to let him go in due to concerns for his health and safety. I recommend to anyone that is considering putting there loved ones in any of the locations to not do it.
