  • The customer service here in this branch Is really poor. I encountered a lady named Joanne upstairs in women's clothing. She was rude , rude , rude. I wish more of the employees that work with the public did it with kindness and a smile. I won't be spending my money at Dillard's any more. I just don't enjoy the experience.
