  • Went in for a tune up. They said it was going to be $40. Got a call later that day that they need to adjust the wheel for $10 more. By the time I went to pick up the bike, I was charged an additional $35 (only labor) on top the additional $10 I was told. All in I paid over $90 (incl taxes) for a bike tune up, with no parts included. I'm disappointed and frustrated that they didn't give me chance to even say yes/no about the add-on services. When asked about it, they just said it needed it. It is so annoying that they over charged, didn't ask, and just assumed this was ok. Never going back because this is what they think is good customer service. :(
