  • They truly put Trust into their business. You can Trust they'll raise your rent. You can Trust they'll lose the rent check you hand them in their office. You can Trust they'll tack on the late fee for the check they lost. You can Trust they'll write down all the issues in your rental, claim to fix them within a couple months, then be shocked when you bring it up nearly a year later since they never got done. You can Trust that they'll post an eviction notice for this offense. You can Trust they'll hire contractors without telling you. You can Trust those contractors won't show up. You can Trust this company will scold you about said contractors trying to call. You can Trust people within the company to make appointments as well and then never show. You can Trust that when you call the number they called and texted you from, you'll never get ahold of that person again. You can Trust that when you speak to someone else, they'll have no idea who you spoke to or what it was about. You can Trust that they'll blame you for not showing up for said appointment. You can Trust that you should get everything in writing because they'll blame you for some sort of miscommunication. You can Trust that the only other review (five stars!) is from an employee of the company. Real. Trust.
