  • I was in the market for a ductless AC system for my guest house, which I use as a master bedroom, in my Central Phoenix home. After having my mind completely boggled by all of the options, brands, and people claiming to be experts at ductless and mini split work, I chose to hire Brad Lindsay of Horizon Energy. Out of all of the contractors I reached out to, he was by far the most responsive and the most courteous, fair and knowledgeable. He came out and inspected the home in order to give a fair and accurate quote. He was professional and personable, and really willing to explain the system in an authentic manner. His quote was reasonable and the product he installed was more powerful (I learned about BTUs and about SEER ratings :)!!!) than what other contractors proposed to install. Ultimately I chose to hire Horizon, and couldn't be happier with my quiet and blissfully chilly system. It replaced the prehistoric ducted unit that had burnt out a couple of years ago. Additionally, the install was completed with a nice aesthetic; no mess, completely level, and very professional appearance to the work. I couldn't recommend Brad more. If you are trying to decide between companies, take yourself out of the hassling and headache inducing experience and go with Horizon. By the way, I checked both BBB and the AZ ROC. Brad and Horizon's records are SPOTLESS.
