| - I want to first apologize, as this might be a lengthy review. However, I have to share my story and I hope you take a moment to read it!
It appears to me some time ago Desert Dental Solutions was being led by leaders that were "challenged" in the moral and ethical department (not trying to be offensive or bash anyone; however you'd never call a duck an eagle, a duck will always be a duck). The office is under new leadership and is obviously moving in the right direction.
MY FIRST EXPERIENCE: I had not visited a Dentist since I left the Marine Corps over four years ago. Needless to say it was due time and I was expecting the worst. Being new to Arizona I had to rely on my insurance company's website to hopefully find a mediocre Dentist to polish me up a bit, however my experience far exceeded my expectations. Upon my arrival for my first visit I was greeted with a very warm welcome! Less than a few minutes later I was in the chair getting X-Rays getting the "Ritz Carleton" type service! Throughout my entire hour long first visit all the ladies of the office made me feel very welcomed through their explanations of what procedures they were doing, answering all my questions honestly in "non-dentist lingo" so I could understand and their explanation of the ever painful "what insurance will & won't cover" topic as well as their sincere expression of genuine concern for my health.
MY SECOND EXPERIENCE: On my second visit two weeks later, to get 2 cavities filled, Doc Seebinger asked me if I had made any progress on her and Ashley's recommendation to decrease one of my bad habits. I proudly informed her that I had completely quit at which point she called across the office for Ashley to help celebrate! By the time I was ready to exit the office the entire team had assembled at the front desk to give me a congratulatory card signed by all the team members! A routine dental visit was turned into a world class experience by the Desert Dental Team.
WHY I TOOK THE TIME TO WRITE THIS: I am currently employed in the Hospitality Industry and work at one of the world's premiere private country clubs. I pride myself on the ability to provide other individuals with exceptional experiences whenever I can. So when I get the opportunity to be on the receiving end of such treatment, it is hard for me to not acknowledge it. The bottom line is this, "I would not/will not hesitate to recommend Desert Dental Solutions to anyone seeking a dental assistance!
In closing, Thank you for contradicting my prior thought that, "Going to the Dentist Office is no fun." I look forward to my next cavity! JOKING! (Bad joke I know...)
