  • Worst customer service EVER. I'm a Hertz Gold member and reserved an SUV two and 1/2 weeks prior to trying to pick it up. Arrived and was told they don't have any larger cars and a Nissan Altima was the largest they had! They said they tried to call but there was no number on file! I'm a GOLD MEMBER of course there is a number on file. They proceeded to tell me I could rent and switch at the airport, but would not call for me! My husband ended up calling a competitor and finding an SUV for me. However I was at Hertz for nearly an hour and needed up leaving with no vehicle!
