  • Did not like this location at all! The first impression you get from the store front is a dirty and sloppy paint job that's chipping away which makes you wonder if you should really be buying makeup here if they can't even care for their own store. Customer service is horrible and the whole store is a mess. I was trying to buy a drugstore product and I asked a worker if I could swatch it since there was no tester and she said no, they don't swatch that brand. Are you serious? I'm not going to purchase makeup if I can't swatch it to know if it matches my skin tone. I then went to hair styling products area and everything was labeled wrong. It was super difficult to find what I wanted. I will definitely be making the extra drive to find a different Ulta in Charlotte next time because this one was just so disappointing.
