  • I have used her before, for a different special occasion dress, and all went well, even if it took a little longer than I had hoped. But the second time.... service so slow that it was glacial. Had to come back ford FOUR fittings for a simple alteration, with three of them directed to correcting/undoing unnecessary and unwanted alterations that she made. As another reviewer pointed out, questions about "what happened" are met with aggressive defensiveness and no responsibility or sympathy about the fact that she ruined an expensive item of clothing. The final fix was adequate, but I can't call it very good, especially for the price. Take your chances if you're feeeeling lucky. Otherwise, find someone more consistently dependable.
