  • UPDATE TO BELOW REVIEW: To my surprise, the office staff was very helpful with my situation. I went in anticipating they would shift the blame, but they were very proactive in getting my items back. Karen especially, and Sara were both helpful. It turns out a mistake led to a 3rd party vendor doing renovations on my apartment early. The vendor thought the apt was vacant so took what he/she wanted. I just got back my items today. Still missing the flash drive, but I got back my two most important items, my tv speakers and vacuum. Overall, my time at this apt was good. There must be some communication problems between management and maintenance though so expect problems with repairs (i.e. maintenance says it repairs things when it doesn't). Approach with caution. Good grounds and great exercise room.
