  • At a t time sensitive issue, employee "guaranteed" proper service of legal documents which had to be done on specific time and date. They arrived 5 1/2 hours later and of course could not serve the papers. I was heading out of state and they knew of the circumstances and promised they would do what they guaranteed. There was a break down of communication and the owner stated he did now know the time - even thoug it was clearly stated on the forms. I would never trust them with timely documents ever again... They advertise $20 and charged $60!
